WHO WE ARE
We, the International Coaching & Leadership Institute (ICLI), are an ICF Level 2 accredited coach training school. At ICLI we lead from our passion for transformational coaching and self-leadership.
Our curriculum, designed by award-winning educators and coaches credentialed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), is grounded in world-class, hands-on coach training and transformational leadership experiences.
Our instructors offer a wealth of knowledge and experience as thought leaders in a multitude of disciplines including ontological coaching, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB), holistic healing, leadership consulting, financial wellness, and business development.
Our students benefit from rigorous training and an abundance of mentor coaching feedback so they are best prepared to provide their coaching services to a global world challenged with living and leading with agility, resilience, and cultural competence.
We at the International Coaching & Leadership Institute (ICLI) provide ICF-accredited coaching education. ICF accreditation signifies that our programs went through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that the curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics.
Graduates from a Level 2 education and training programs may apply for the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) Credential using the Level 2 application path if they meet the credentialing requirements.
OUR PROGRAMS
Expert Coach Immersion Program (Associate + Professional)
Our combined program, the Expert Coach Immersion (ECI) Certification Program, is an 18-day (six weeks) synchronous and asynchronous intensive program packed with a wealth of live virtual learning and independent study experiences.
The six-week program consists of a total of 144 hours. Students complete 112 in-classroom hours, and an additional 32 hours are completed as independent study work. A typical weekly schedule is below.
Our curriculum is grounded in our three-pronged model of Leadership, Ownership, and Accountability and with an emphasis on coaching fundamentals, self-leadership development, and effective business practices.
Students receive extensive training on the foundational coaching core competencies, coaching with resilient leadership, and business infrastructure and experience the hands-on application of coaching core competencies and business best practices needed to coach individuals and corporate teams.

Associate Coach Immersion (ACI) Program
Our freshman program, the Associate Coach Immersion (ACI) Program, is a 9-day (three weeks) synchronous and asynchronous intensive program. The curriculum is grounded in our three-pronged model of Leadership, Ownership, and Accountability. Participants receive extensive training on the foundations of coaching, principles of resilient leadership, and business infrastructure.
ACI Program graduates walk away with hand-on application of coaching core competencies and business best practices needed to coach individuals and corporate teams.

Professional Coach Immersion (PCI) Program
Our sophomore program, the Professional Coach Immersion (PCI) Certification Program, is a 9-day (three weeks) synchronous and asynchronous intensive program packed with a wealth of live virtual learning and independent study experiences. Our curriculum is grounded in our 3-tiered approach: coaching fundamentals, self-leadership development, and effective business practices.
The PCI Program offers students extensive opportunities to experience real-life coaching practice using the International Coaching Federation (ICF) core competencies, live coaching demonstrations, group coaching activities, and business development support.
Graduates are positioned to apply for an ICF credential and have the foundational knowledge to coach individuals and teams.
