At the International Coaching & Leadership Institute (ICLI) we pursue the goal of coaching for everyone, everywhere and creating opportunities to increase the number of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) credentialed coaches around the world.

We are excited to announce the Black Coaches Conference in Bermuda on January 12–16, 2023. The event is a learning conference aimed at strengthening and uniting the BIPOC coaching community.
